Enjoyable base for a 1-night stay.

The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying a central area, so close to the train stations, coach station, shops, bars and plenty of places to eat and shops and the main station and comfortable bed.

Beds were quite hard in this place.

Had nice stay in February, the staff were welcoming, location was magnificent and close to all city amenities.

Wanted to explore Birmingham and this hotel was decent base for doing it.

We truly enjoyed the comforts of this cheap hotel. The room was with a good view. The staff were wonderful, amazing.

Good budget hotel, stayed here for 1 night and had a very comfortable experience. The accommodation had a very central location very close to train station. We were upgraded to single room with a basic bath on check in😀😀

Accommodation was big and straightforward, beds were comfy. The buffet breakfast they offered was included. I liked my stay.

Staff was knowledgeable, room was decent sized and we liked tranquil location. The breakfast was fine, it included hot waffles, jam, pancakes, scrambled eggs and butter. The lobby bar in the hotel had good choice of bottled tea and wines throughout the day. Walking distance to the clean beach.

really great stay in the lovely area. thoughtful service, extremely pleasant room and beautiful hotel building. the venue was in an efficient business location. a landmark mall was also really close to the hotel.

The staff was accommodating and we loved English breakfast. In our non-smoking room with a standard design there were very comfy beds. It made our trip to Birmingham an fine experience.

Secure location, individual service, overall spotlessly clean place. It has to offer a more than adequate breakfast with butter, hot waffles, pancakes, scrambled eggs and bread.

This hotel was really excellent value for money. Absolutely lovely room, approaching stuff - everything was perfectly fine. The venue was in a top location, easy walk to stores and a market. We ate at a very good restaurant with hot food.

Satisfactory location, cool rooms. The staff were professional and took care of us. There were air conditioner and coffee in the room, loved that. The breakfast was hot, lots of good food. It was a brilliant experience, very good value for money.
